Austin Hardman

Austin Hardman currently serves as a Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes an internship at The Heritage Foundation from May to August 2022, and various roles at CACI International Inc from July 2018 to June 2021, progressing from Background Investigator to Background Investigator II. Austin also gained experience as an intern at Abba's Pride in June 2017, contributing to a non-profit organization focused on sustainable community development in rural South Africa. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Policy with specializations in International Relations, National Security, and Economics from Pepperdine University (2021-2023), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion/Foreign Affairs from Hampden-Sydney College (2014-2018).
