Jean-Luc Plante

Jean-Luc Plante has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jean-Luc has worked as a Director of Talent Management and a Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Training at The CSL Group Inc. from 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Learning & Development Manager and a Development Organization Manager at Pratt & Whitney from 2017 to 2019. Jean-Luc also served as a Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Development at The CSL Group Inc. from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they worked as a Conseiller in Development Organization and Training at Air Liquide Canada from 2011 to 2016 and as a Stagiaire/pigiste in Human Resources Management at Commission scolaire Marie-Victorin in 2010. Jean-Luc also has experience as a Chargé de cours, Auxiliaire de recherche, and Pigiste at the Université du Québec à Montréal from 2010 to 2014.

Jean-Luc Plante completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from ESG-UQÀM between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources from the same institution from 2010 to 2011.
