Annika Allen

Annika Allen is an experienced professional in procurement and engineering, currently serving as a CMO Sourcing Specialist at CSL since February 2022. Annika’s background includes a role as a Global Procurement Graduate, and previous positions such as a Learn to Swim Instructor at Knox Grammar School, where program preparation and performance evaluation were key responsibilities. Annika also contributed as a Process Engineer and Researcher at AB Mauri, completing a six-month industry placement focused on real-world solutions in the baking industry. In addition, Annika was recognized as a CEO of the Month Finalist at The Adecco Group and interned at Automated Process Synthesis Co., gaining valuable experience while working collaboratively with diverse teams. Annika holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Sydney and a High School Diploma from Barker College.
