Michael Dickinson

Michael Dickinson is an experienced professional in operational excellence and Lean management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions since August 2015. Previously, Michael held the position of Lean Leader at Pentair and Lean Co-ordinator at Arla Foods, where responsibilities included driving Lean transformation initiatives. Michael's earlier roles include Lean Facilitator at Virtual College Ltd, Assistant Production Engineering Manager at DENSO, Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Valeo, and Project Engineer at Structherm Ltd. Michael holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Bradford College.
