Rick Reichard has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rick started their career at WELCH FOODS as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they focused on financial and operational analysis. Rick then moved on to Buffalo China Inc, holding roles as a Cost Accounting Manager and later as a Purchasing Manager.

In 1999, Rick joined Buffalo China - Oneida Ltd as a Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing plant operations. After leaving this role, they joined Niagara Ceramics Corp as the Chief Financial Officer and Business Owner.

Rick then transitioned to CSM Bakery Supplies North America as an Operations Controller and Business Partner. In this role, they played a key role in financial planning and analysis.

Rick later joined CSM Bakery Products North America as a Plant Director, where they were responsible for managing the Buffalo Facility and ensuring its safety, quality, service, and cost goals were met.

Most recently, Rick worked at CSM Bakery Solutions as a Regional Plant Director, overseeing multiple plants and providing leadership in various areas.

Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and expertise in financial analysis and operations management.

Rick Reichard attended St. Bonaventure University from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Rick also studied Accounting and Finance during the same period.
