Iris Howat - CAE, RPA

Iris Howat, CAE, RPA, currently serves as the Training and Development Lead at CSN Collision Centres since October 2023. Prior to this role, Iris held the position of Training Specialist at Serenia Life Financial from May 2021 to October 2023. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Ayr Farmers Mutual Insurance Company and Wawanesa Insurance in 2019 and 2018, respectively, as well as a significant tenure as Training and Development Specialist at Manulife from July 2007 to March 2018.
