Håkan Jönsson

Håkan Jönsson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social support and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Studiestödsutredare at CSN since April 2021, Håkan specializes in guiding students and assessing their eligibility for various study support benefits, particularly for those facing health challenges and individuals from flight schools. Previously, Håkan worked as a Försäkringsutredare at Försäkringskassan, managing up to 130 cases and improving colleagues' workflows. Additional experience includes roles in health care assistance, customer service, and technical assembly, complemented by military leadership as a Bevakningsgruppchef. Håkan holds a Master of Science in European Affairs from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Växjö University.
