Jessica Young

Jessica Young is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at CSP Associates, Inc. since October 2017. Prior roles include Sr. Executive Assistant at State Street Global Advisors and Executive Coordinator at Arrowstreet Inc. Jessica also held the position of Sr. Executive Assistant at The Boston Realty Group and spent five years at American Hygienizing as Sr. Executive Assistant and General Manager. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Health & Life Sciences from UMass Boston and an Associate of Science in Biology from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
