Emma Kniola, MPH, is an accomplished public health professional currently serving as a CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, focusing on injury-drug overdose epidemiology with the Opioid Prevention Team at the Baltimore City Health Department. Emma has extensive experience in data management, analysis, and strategic planning, having served as a Data Manager for the University of Maryland Extension and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland School of Public Health. Previous roles also include an internship at the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and a position as a Medical Receptionist at Priority Care Clinics. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland.
