Rachel Harper, MPH, is currently serving as an Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, focusing on infectious diseases at the Oregon Health Authority. Prior to this role, Rachel completed an internship with Oregon Health & Science University, where significant projects included community evaluations and data visualizations related to colorectal cancer and public health programs. Rachel's experience also encompasses roles as an Epidemiology, Translational Research, and Policy Analyst Intern at Washington County, a Patient Services Specialist at The Oregon Clinic, and a Lead Medical Scribe at Tuality Physicians. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Portland State University.
