Inga O’Donnell

Inga O’Donnell began her career in public accounting working with public companies. She soon transitioned into an industry where she took on leadership accounting roles in the telecom industry. Inga progressed in her career to take on the controller and vice president roles before moving on to become interim CFO for numerous companies.

As an interim CFO Inga has been instrumental in canpreparing two companies for sale, preparing one for its first-ever external audit. Working with investment bankers, external auditors, and buyers’ due diligence teams, both sales were closed successfully. In another interim CFO role, Inga was brought in to integrate a recent acquisition and work with the controller to catch up on lagging financials and establish monthly close procedures. In one case, Inga worked with the management team to optimize a partially implemented ERP system.
