Donald Harford II, CPA

Donald Harford II, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Financial Systems Admin/Internal Auditor/Reporter for TETRA Technologies, Inc., where they handled BPC files, SAP reporting systems, and assisted with SEC filings and US GAAP compliance. In 2015, they joined Desroches Partners as an Associate II, specializing in tax preparation and advising for complex companies. In 2016, they became a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP, providing client services and conducting financial statement audits. In 2017, they moved to VAALCO Energy, Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, Senior FP&A Analyst, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing long-term strategic initiatives. Currently, Donald is the Director of Finance at CSW Industrials Inc., starting in 2023.
