Justin Cree

Justin Cree, PE, is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management across various sectors, including municipal, residential, commercial, and energy projects. Since May 2022, Justin has been managing projects at CT Consultants, focusing on engineering and permitting in Northwest Pennsylvania. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Fisher Associates, where Justin specialized in 3D civil site design for energy projects in New York and Western Pennsylvania. Earlier positions at Woolpert and CESO, INC. involved leading efforts in stormwater monitoring and civil site development, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.
