Aquia Brown-Welch, M.S., is an experienced academic professional currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at CT State Middlesex since August 2023. Prior to this role, Aquia has held multiple positions at Connecticut State Community College since February 2020, including Academic Information Services Specialist, Guided Pathways Advisor II (Associate Director of Advising), Guided Pathways Advisor I, and Enrollment Services Assistant. Academically, Aquia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Charter Oak State College, as well as two Associate of Arts degrees in Spanish Studies and Psychology Studies from Middlesex Community College.
