Rozanne Hernandez, MFT, has extensive experience in education and workforce development, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty and Coordinator of Special Grants at West Hills CCD since May 2009. Hernandez's roles include Senior Employment Readiness Specialist and Program Eligibility Specialist for youth workforce programs, and District Dean of Workforce and Adult Education at State Center Community College District from July 2017 to June 2024. As an Educational Consultant for the Postsecondary Education in Prison - Career Technical Education Accelerator Network from March 2023 to November 2023, Hernandez contributed valuable expertise. Previous positions include CTE Program Manager at Bakersfield College and Program Director for the Institutional Transitions Program at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Psychology from Northcentral University, an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix, among others.
