Catherene Ruidera is a seasoned professional in credit card operations with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Credit Card Operations Lead at CTBC Bank Philippines since May 2025, Catherene previously held various leadership positions at the Bank of the Philippine Islands from December 2019 to April 2025, including Cards Operations Unit Head and Cards Issuing Operations & Chargeback Unit Head, where responsibilities included overseeing credit card operations, post-merger integration, and managing financial transactions. Catherene's career began at Maybank in March 2012, progressing through roles such as Cards Operations Officer and Cards Operation Specialist, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency. Catherene holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from ABE International Business College, completed in 2011.
