Sebastian Marklund

Sebastian Marklund has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sebastian began their career at GKN Aerospace in 2014, where they worked as an Engineering Consultant, focusing on improving the thermal robustness of a Turbine Exhaust Case on the new GENX Jet Engine. Sebastian performed thermal and structural analysis and developed an automated analysis process, increasing efficiency in the product development.

In the same year, Sebastian joined CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) as a Robust Design Engineer. Sebastian utilized 3D variation analysis software to develop robust product designs and supported product development teams with 3D variation analysis. Sebastian also worked as an Inspection Preparation Coordinator, leading a global inspection preparation team and ensuring compliance with product and process demands. Sebastian later became an ME System Engineer, responsible for the geometrical work for doors and tailgate in a new car project, including assembly system strategies and concept development.

Sebastian then worked at EDAG Engineering AB as a Technical Consultant, providing expertise and guidance in their field. Sebastian joined Semcon in 2019 as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2023. Currently, Sebastian is a Project Manager at CTEK, showcasing their strong project management skills.

Sebastian Marklund obtained their education from 2009 to 2014 at Chalmers University of Technology. Sebastian pursued a Civilingenjörsexamen/Masterexamen and Kandidatexamen in the field of Maskinteknik och Produktutveckling.
