Jack MacDonald has extensive experience in capital markets and financial advisory. Jack currently serves as the Managing Director at CTH Advisors, a firm that offers M&A, private placements, and other financial advisory services. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at JJM Advisory Group. Jack has also held positions as a Managing Director at Raymond James & Associates, Principal at XPL Advisors LLC, Managing Director at Putnam Lovell, and Senior Banker at Citibank. Jack began their career as a Staff Accountant at Smith & Gesteland and later worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at PepsiCo and Manager of International Treasury at Baxter International Inc.

Jack MacDonald earned their BBA in Accounting from St. Norbert College in 1977. Jack then went on to obtain an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1980 and 1982. Jack also holds additional certifications such as the SIE and Series 82 from FINRA and has successfully completed the CPA examination.
