Jun Jie Luo's work experience includes:

- Digital FX Solutions Sales - Corporate at Citi from March 2022 to July 2023, where they were responsible for improving FX revenues on digital channels for ASEAN corporate clients and developing digital FX strategies for multiple countries

- Business Development Manager at UnionPay International from December 2019 to February 2022, where they achieved high performance grades and identified business opportunities for different UnionPay products and services

- Corporate FX Sales Executive at WorldFirst from March 2017 to December 2019, where they acquired new clients and maintained relationships with existing clients for cross-border payments and FX conversion requirements.

Jun Jie Luo completed a Bachelor's degree in management at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Mechatronics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
