Kevin Foye

Kevin Foye is a seasoned Senior Engineer at CTI since July 2005, with a comprehensive background in civil engineering. Foye served as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University from January 2009 to February 2022 and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from January 2003 to July 2005. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Ecologistics Limited, LLC from August 2001 to June 2005. Foye holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) from Purdue University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
