Matt Davies has a strong background in the digital marketing industry. Matt most recently served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at CTI Digital, starting in 2024. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director EMEA at Bulletproof from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, Davies worked as a Director at OLIVER Agency, where they focused on growing and creating clients' marketing ecosystems.

Before OLIVER Agency, Davies served as the Global Managing Director at Beamly from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Beamly, they led the build-out of Coty's digital transformation and innovation hub, resulting in significant growth in total project value and headcount. Matt also expanded the business in the US and UK and enabled Beamly to deliver transformation across other brands in the JAB group business portfolio.

From 2013 to 2016, Davies held the position of Global Managing Director at Carat, where they further developed their expertise in marketing and management. Prior to Carat, they were the Head of Newcast at ZenithOptimedia from 2011 to 2013.

Davies began their career in 2008 as a co-founder of Velo Agency, where they played a key role in establishing the company. Earlier, in 2002, they co-founded RAMP INDUSTRY LIMITED.

Throughout their career, Davies has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth, build successful teams, and deliver strategic results for their clients and companies.

Matt Davies attended Longdean School in Hemel Hempstead from 2017 to 2018, studying for their GCSEs. Matt later attended Solent University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Corporate Communications.
