Manorag Saxena

Manorag Saxena has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Manorag started their career as a Sales Engineer at Plus91 Security Solutions in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Manorag then joined Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) as an Account Manager, focusing on sales of bespoke software development for Homeland Security. During their time there, their offering was selected as a major application in the e-governance pillar of the Digital India Initiative. In 2017, Saxena joined Cloudstrats as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for end-to-end infrastructure and solution sales in the West Region, working with major companies such as IBM, Dell, Veritas, and Microsoft. In 2018, they moved to CMS IT Services as a Regional Product Specialist N&E, and then in 2019, they joined Orbit Techsol as a Senior Sales Manager. Saxena took a sabbatical leave in 2020 and returned to work in 2021 as a Senior Alliances Manager at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. In this role, they are involved in enabling the sales team with private cloud solutions and managed services, with a focus on building large deals.

Manorag Saxena completed a Strategic Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2010 and 2013. Manorag also holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Digital Electronics and Microprocessor System Design) from the Board of Technical Education (BTE), which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Manorag Saxena attended St' Marks Senior Secondary Public School, Meera Bagh in 2006-2007 for their secondary education. Furthermore, they studied Japanese Language and Literature and received an N5 certification from the Kaizen Japanese Learning Institute in 2018-2019.

In 2013, they achieved CCNA and CCNP Certifications from CMC Noida (A TATA Enterprise).
