Pedro Serrat

Pedro Serrat has an extensive work experience in the engineering field. Pedro started as a Doser Engineer Intern at Cummins Inc. in 2012, where they gained experience in testing on-highway products. Pedro then moved to Pratt & Whitney in 2013, where they held various roles such as Test Systems Engineer, Test Engineer, Sr. Test Operations Engineer, and Test Support Manager. In 2023, they transitioned to CTS Engines as the Director of Test Operations. Throughout their career, Pedro has developed a diverse skill set in test operations and management.

Pedro Serrat attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Pedro then attended Penn State University to earn a Master's in Engineering Management.
