Steve Nowack

Steve Nowack has over 25 years of experience in the field. Steve began their career in 1983 as a Vice President for VMS Realty Partners. In 1991, they moved to MOA Hospitality, Inc. and held the same role. In 1996, they became a Principal at Arthur Andersen LLP. After six years, they were hired as Vice President at Equity Office Properties in 2002. In 2006, they assumed the role of Practice Lead at CTS Impact, where they currently work.

Steve Nowack obtained a BS in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1976 to 1980. Steve also attended Arlington High School. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant certification.
