Richard Xiong

Richard Xiong currently serves as the Vice President of Global Purchasing and Quality as well as the General Manager of CTS (Zhongshan) Technology Co, Ltd. at CTS Corporation, a position held since July 2012. Richard oversees full P&L responsibilities for a business focused on the design, manufacturing, and sale of automotive parts and components. Prior to joining CTS Corporation, Richard worked as a Manager at Ford Motor Company from August 2002 to December 2012. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
