Cristina Vila

Cristina Vila has extensive experience in user experience (UX) design and digital services, currently serving as the Responsable del Centro de Competencia de Experiencia de Usuario at CTTI - Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació since October 2004. In previous roles at CTTI, Cristina promoted mobile service adoption and established design guidelines for citizen services. Cristina's background includes senior consultancy positions focusing on web usability and architecture at companies such as Gestió del Coneixement S.A and NetJuice Consulting, as well as freelance work with notable organizations like the Ayuntamiento de Barcelona. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the Institut Català de Tecnologia.
