Bobby Lomeli has over three decades of work experience in various leadership roles. Bobby started their career at Wells Fargo as an Operations Officer, overseeing a team and implementing procedural changes to increase revenue and reduce expenses. Bobby then worked at Staples Stores as a Distribution Supervisor, ensuring efficient merchandise delivery and establishing positive relationships with vendors. At ADP, Bobby held multiple positions, including Vice President of Client Services, where they focused on client retention and launched innovative programs. Bobby also served as Head of Customer Care at 3 Day Blinds, where they redesigned the client contact experience. Currently, Bobby is the Vice President of Client Experience Management at Co-op Solutions, driving client-centric initiatives and leading a team to deliver products and innovative tools to leadership.
