Bradley Kelly

Bradley Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is with Co-op Solutions as a Client Experience Director, where they focus on human-centered design and continuous improvement to enhance client experiences. Prior to this, they worked at InspiroTechnix as a Growth CX Consultant, customer strategy consultant for small business owners, and design thinker/futurist. Bradley also has experience at Principal Financial Group as a Customer Experience Consultant and Customer Experience Design Strategist. Additionally, Bradley has worked as a host and producer for the Fireside Futurists Podcast, a Senior Training Specialist at TMG Financial Services, a Benefit Counselor at Mercer Health & Benefits, a Social Studies Teacher at EBF Community School District, and a Lead Educational Technology Instructor at the University of Iowa.

Bradley Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Analytics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Bradley also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Teaching and Learning with a specialization in Educational Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Social Studies, both obtained from the University of Iowa.
