Kathy S.

Kathy S. has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Kathy started their career as a Project Analyst at First Interstate Management Services in 1983, where they were responsible for client conversions and customer service. Kathy then worked at Deluxe Data Systems as the Director of Financial Institution Services Product Management, focusing on profitability and roadmap plans. Kathy joined USPI as the Director of Financial Institutions in 1997, overseeing strategic planning and revenue forecasting. In 1999, Kathy joined eFunds Corporation as the Director of Acquiring Product Management, where they developed business strategies and managed product roadmap and lifecycle analysis. Kathy then joined CO-OP Financial Services in 2001 as the Vice President of Product Development, leading the delivery of market-facing product innovations. Kathy moved to Fiserv in 2013 as the Vice President of Market Development, responsible for product marketing and integration strategy. Since 2017, they have been with Co-op Solutions as the Senior Vice President, leading product portfolio management and driving overall product strategy. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated leadership in product development, strategic planning, and revenue generation in the financial services industry.

Kathy S. completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership, Learning, and Service from Cardinal Stritch University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management Science from the same university in 1994. Kathy earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Science from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 1989. Kathy'seducational journey began with an Associate's degree in Equine Management from Lakeshore Technical College in 1982.
