Kim Little is currently an advisor at CU Engage. Kim has over 20 years of experience in human resources and training management.
Kim started their career in 1992 as a training and human resource manager at Chartway Federal Credit Union. In this role, they were responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing all employee and management training programs. Kim also helped develop, evaluate, and modify human resource strategies, policies, and programs to maximize the hiring and retention of high-performance employees. During their time at Chartway Federal Credit Union, Kim also participated in strategic planning and communication of organizational mission, vision, values, and goals. Kim also led and participated in cross-departmental teams to implement new products and processes, new technology, and regulatory changes.
In 1998, Kim left Chartway Federal Credit Union to become the director of human resources at GC Services/MCI-WorldCom. In this role, they were responsible for managing a 1,500-person directory assistance call center. This included specific accountability for staffing, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, company policy, training, and safety. Kim also maintained an effective client vendor relationship ensuring that the business objectives of both entities were met.
After two years at GC Services/MCI-WorldCom, Kim left to become an advisor at CU Engage. In this role, they provide support and guidance to credit unions who are looking to improve their member engagement.
Kim Little has a Master in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance major from Old Dominion University. Kim also went to Bayside High School.
