How do you like to run meetings?
Shared agenda in advance 3 to 5 first minutes to socialize, especially important during remote work Then go directly to the point. Avoid adding extra points to the agenda in runtime, instead schedule a different meeting if it takes more than 2 mins discussion. Take notes in ClickUp or any other platform that allows to create action-items
