Stark is a software engineer at Cuban Engineer. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer & Founder at MSP Technology / Nautica Dehumidifiers. During their time at MSP Technology / Nautica Dehumidifiers, Stark facilitated the development of robust technology and patents for the high efficiency dehumidification system that reduced energy consumption by 50% over conventional dehumidification equipment. Over 350 units were manufactured and sold using patented MSP Technology: 113 Schools, 22 Medical, 48 Indoor Agriculture, 118 Industrial Process, 28 Commercial, and 52 Swimming Pools. Stark also supported project management and execution, identifying, and securing new business to implemented patented technology, resulting in $2M in revenue for the organization.

Stark's educational career began with him studying HVAC at SUNY Farmingdale. Stark then went on to study Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology at the United States Navy's Class C1 HVAC Engineering School.

Stark reports to Montells, Co-founder & Software Engineer. They work with Nico - Software Engineer, Deam - Software Engineer, and Helen - Software Engineer.
