Peter Reinemer

Peter Reinemer, Dr., MBA, serves as a Strategic Partner at ARCHIMED since July 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Opterion Health AG since July 2021. Additionally, Peter holds the position of Board Member/Non-executive Director at Cube Biotech GmbH and serves as Managing Director at AM1 Ventures GmbH since July 2019. Previous roles include Senior VP Corporate Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior VP Business Development & Operations at Proteros biostructures GmbH, which was held from July 2013 to June 2019, and Vice Chairman and Co-Founder/Senior Director BD & Services at IMD Natural Solutions GmbH until its acquisition in December 2017. Peter's earlier experience includes significant leadership positions at InterMed Discovery GmbH and Bayer HealthCare, spanning from 2005 to 2009 and 1993 to 2005, respectively. Educational credentials include an MBA from Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg and dual doctorate degrees in Biochemistry from the Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry and Technical University of Munich, complemented by a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
