Jennifer Schulte

Jennifer Schulte has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer since September 2020. Prior to joining CubeSmart, Ms. Schulte served as the Americas region Vice President, Human Resources for Lavazza Group. She previously was employed by Mars, Inc. from 2001-2018, serving in various roles including Global Vice President, Human Resources for Mars Drinks, Director of Human Resources in the North American Chocolate and Ice Cream businesses, Global Director of Employee Engagement, and as a Finance Manager. Prior to joining Mars, from 1993 to 2001 Ms. Schulte held several financial management roles at Bank of America, Sprint and Cigna.
