Their career started at Gateway as a Desktop Support Technician and later became a Desktop Specialist, where they designed and supported Citrix server farms and Microsoft Exchange solutions.

Dylan Costigan obtained a Certificate in Cloud Solutions Architecture from TU Dublin Computer Science in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Clondalkin Information Technology Initiative (CITI) in 1996-1997 and Collinstown Park Community College from 1990 to 1995. Dylan Costigan also holds additional certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) from Cisco in 2014, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
