Leanne Gravett Fcipd

Leanne Gravett BA FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning various senior HR roles. Leanne began their career in 2001 as an Administration and HR Manager at Asyst Technologies. From there, they moved on to TA Instruments, where they held positions such as HR Advisor, European Human Resources Manager, and Senior Global Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they provided strategic HR support to regional management, led transformation programs, and oversaw the closure and transition of manufacturing plants.

In 2011, Leanne joined Cubic Corporation as the HR Director for Cubic Transportation Systems Europe. Leanne served as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, overseeing HR, Facilities, and HSE functions. During their tenure, they facilitated the growth of the company from 600 to 1000 employees and successfully integrated acquisitions.

Leanne continued to advance their career within Cubic Corporation, becoming the Senior HR Director for the EMEA region in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for all business units across Europe, the Middle East, and India, acting as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the EMEA General Manager.

In 2019, Leanne took on the role of Vice President Human Resources for Cubic Transportation Systems, where they became a key member of the Global HR leadership team. Leanne provided global HR leadership to the organization and served as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the President of CTS.

In 2021, Leanne's expertise and contributions led their to be invited as the Acting Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer for Cubic Corporation. In addition to their existing responsibilities, they provided strategic and operational leadership for the global HR, communication, and global business services functions.

Throughout their career, Leanne has demonstrated their ability to provide strategic HR support, manage change, lead transformation programs, and foster growth within organizations.

Leanne Gravett BA FCIPD has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Hons) from the University of Surrey, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. In 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Professional Development Scheme in Personnel from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. More recently, in 2018 to 2019, Leanne completed an Advanced Diploma in Multijurisdictional Employment Law from the Fedee Academy.
