Elyss Frisbee, MS CCC-SLP

Elyss Frisbee, MS CCC-SLP has a diverse work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. They are currently serving as a Project Manager - Client Engagement and Implementation at Cubigo, a platform that digitalizes non-clinical services in Senior Living communities. Prior to this, Elyss worked as a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist at Kline Galland. They also held the position of Speech-Language Pathologist at Judson Park Health Center and Speech-Language Pathologist PRN at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. Elyss gained valuable experience through internships at Oregon Health and Science University, Providence Health & Services, and the Northwest Clinic for Voice & Swallowing. They started their career as a Graduate Clinician at Portland State University.

Elyss Frisbee, MS CCC-SLP attended Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History and Spanish. In 2015, they enrolled at Portland State University and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree from 2015 to 2017. Their field of study during their master's program was Communication Sciences and Disorders with a Bilingual Concentration.

In terms of additional certifications, Elyss Frisbee obtained the Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile in March 2017. Elyss also completed the Quality Teaching for English Language Learners (QTEL) program offered by Portland Public Schools in September 2016. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In addition, they are a Mcneil Dysphagia Therapy Certified Provider trained by the Florida Dysphagia Institute. Lastly, Elyss Frisbee holds a Washington State Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Washington State Department of Health.
