Head Chef at Cubitt House

Daniele Catano has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Daniele is currently employed as the Head Chef at Cubitt House Ltd since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Sous Chef and Capo Chef at The Ram Inn from September 2019 to March 2022. From January 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Chef de Partie at Skylon Restaurant. Before that, they were the Head Chef at La Buona Forchetta from April 2015 to December 2017. Daniele also worked as a Sous Chef at Hotel Cotonou from March 2013 to January 2015 and as a Chef de Partie at Hotel San Matteo from May 2010 to December 2012.

From 2008 to 2012, Daniele Catano obtained a Diploma di Specializzazione di 1° livello (DS1) in Corsi from Istituto alberghiero m.lecce.
