Samer Al Jzaerly

Samer Al Jzaerly has extensive experience in finance and business development. Samer is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Cuculus GmbH, where they provide financial and legal consultation to the accounting department and other department heads. Samer is responsible for preparing financial statements, reports, and tax returns, and comparing sales and profit projections. Prior to their current role, Samer worked as a Finance Business Development Consultant, providing financial and management training for various sectors, including oil and gas companies, UN agencies, NGOs, and more. Samer also has experience as a Finance Manager at the Syrian Society for Social Development, overseeing the finance department and managing projects with UN agencies and INGOs. Samer has also worked as a Financial Advisor and Director of Corporate Assets at Syria Trust for Development, where they provided advice on strategic resources and directed finance, HR, administration, and IT departments. Samer has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alwataniya Microfinance Institution, where they developed long-term strategic plans for the institution. In addition, they have experience as a Cost Accountant at Nestlé, an Assistant Auditor at KPMG, and a General Accountant at Fastlink Mobile Company. Throughout their career, Samer has demonstrated financial expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to analyze and improve processes.

Samer Al Jzaerly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Damascus University, from the years 1998 to 2003. In April 2019, they also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
