Mehwish Younus

Mehwish Younus has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Mehwish currently holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at CuddlyNest, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Test Engineer at 10Pearls from February 2022 to January 2023. Mehwish also worked at TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior QA Engineer from February 2021 to February 2022, where they were actively involved in functional, web UI, regression, and stress testing. Mehwish played a key role in leading the testing of critical features and successfully identified critical bugs during exploratory testing. Before that, Mehwish worked at PrismpayTech Inc. from June 2017 to January 2021, starting as an Associate Test Engineer and progressing to roles as a Test Engineer and an SQA Automation Engineer. In these positions, they planned and executed quality assurance strategies, evaluated the quality of projects and products, and performed automation testing using various tools. Mehwish also had a focus on API testing, web debugging, and penetration testing for security purposes.

Mehwish Younus completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. After that, they pursued a Master's degree (MS) in Project Management from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Mehwish has obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they received the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf. In January 2022, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, in December 2021, they obtained the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from VMEdu Inc.
