Zaira Gaona has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zaira started their career in 2015 as a Lead Server at UC San Diego - Housing, Dining, and Hospitality, where they provided a quality dining experience to customers and maintained a clean restaurant. In 2019, they joined American Specialty Health / Medical Professionals as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided outstanding customer service and handled inquiries and claims. In 2020, Zaira worked as a Clinical Laboratory Technician at Labcorp, focusing on fast-turnaround of patient samples for SARS-COVID PCR Testing. Currently, they are a Lead - Quality Control/Tech Ops at Cue Health, where they prioritize testing and troubleshooting of experimental devices and supports routine laboratory maintenance.
