Chris Katon

Chris Katon is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Culinesse, LLC since February 2023. Prior roles include Innkeeper at Old Town Bluffton Inn, Director of Food and Beverage at The Cypress of Hilton Head Island, and Director of Restaurants at The Sea Pines Resort. In addition to management positions, Chris has experience in content management as evidenced by a role at BFG Agency and business development at Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italiana. Earlier career experiences include sales at Sysco and general management at Aqua Grille & Lounge and Brinker International. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Worcester State University and has a background in journalism from Taunton High School, graduating with honors.
