Ali Hayajneh

Ali M. Hayajneh is a Senior Consultant at Cullen International, where Ali M. provides regulatory and competition law intelligence in telecoms, media, postal, and the digital economy. Prior to this role, Ali served as the Head of Spectrum Licensing and Authorization at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, the Access & Infrastructure Section Head at Communications Regulatory Authority, and Specialist Spectrum Management at Etisalat. Ali M. also worked as a Regulatory Engineer at Zain. Ali holds a degree in Communication and Electronics from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford.
