Peter has held various leadership roles, including Director of European Relations at Cullen International, Director of Group Regulatory at COLT Telecom, Managing Consultant at Europe Economics, Group Legal & Regulatory Director at Digicel, and Director of Group Regulatory Strategy & UK Public Policy at Orange. Peter's expertise lies in developing regulatory strategies, securing cost savings and revenue benefits, negotiating contracts, and influencing favorable regulatory decisions. Peter holds a BA Honours in Law from the University of Oxford.
