Jennifer Malone has over 28 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, and communications. Jennifer most recently served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications at Cullman Regional Medical Center, overseeing all aspects of marketing, public relations, strategic communications, and community outreach. Prior to that role, Jennifer was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the same organization, where they developed and implemented marketing and PR strategies to support service line growth.
Before joining Cullman Regional Medical Center, Jennifer was the Director of Public Relations at J F Drake State Technical College, where they provided public relations counsel to college leadership and executed marketing and public relations strategies. Jennifer also served as the Media & Public Relations Manager at Huntsville Hospital, managing social media activities, media relations, and providing PR counsel and marketing support to hospital leadership. Additionally, Jennifer was a Marketing Coordinator at Huntsville Hospital, where they provided marketing support, coordinated advertising and PR activities, and wrote articles for internal and external publications.
Earlier in their career, Jennifer gained experience as a Marketing Coordinator at WAFF, a local news station, and held marketing roles at Partnership for a Drug-Free Community, Rockdale Hospital, Decatur General Hospital, and Hillside Hospital.
Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and PR plans, manage teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences.
Jennifer Malone attended Emerson College from 1988 to 1989, during which they pursued studies in Communications. Following their time at Emerson, they enrolled at Auburn University from 1989 to 1992. At Auburn University, Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations.
