Ashley C. Durbin

Ashley Durbin is the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Culp, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this, Ashley was a Partner at Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson from August 2008 to January 2019, focusing on a variety of corporate transactions, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, compliance, and sports and entertainment law. Ashley's legal expertise encompasses public and private securities offerings, including private equity, venture capital investments, and both negotiated and contested acquisitions. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film Studies from Vanderbilt University, along with additional education from The American Film Institute.
