Bill Reque García

Bill Reque García has a diverse work experience in the digital and financial sectors. Bill most recently worked as a Senior Digital Business Analyst at Culqi, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Scotiabank and its Digital Factory. From November 2019 to June 2022, they were a Digital Product Business Developer, where they supported Agile Team Leaders in sales forecasting and updating digital product initiatives. Bill also coordinated with Digital Marketing to develop online strategies and boost digital product adoption. Additionally, they monitored performance metrics and identified opportunities for business expansion. From November 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Digital Channel Business Developer at Scotiabank. Before joining Scotiabank, they worked as a Speech Analytics Analyst at Servicios, Cobranzas e Inversiones SAC from February 2019 to November 2019. Bill'sresponsibilities included managing communication projects, analyzing data, and generating reports for different business lines. Bill started their career at Scotiabank as a Customer Focus Intern from December 2017 to February 2019.

Bill Reque García has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they focused on Product Strategy. During the same year, they also studied at Pacífico Business School, specializing in Negocios Digitales in the Escuela de Marketing y Ventas.

Prior to this, Bill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a course in Design Thinking & Innovation at Universidad del Pacífico.

In addition to their formal education, Bill has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they received a certification in Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Negocios Digitales from Pacífico Business School. Furthermore, in August 2020, they completed a certification in Product Management: Innovación en productos digitales from Crehana.
