Claudia Aguilar Meza has a strong background in customer care, with significant experience in managerial roles. Claudia currently holds the position of Head of Customer Care at Culqi since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at WOWPERÚ from May 2021 to April 2022. In addition, Claudia served as the Head of Customer Care_Peru at DIRECTV for almost a decade, from April 2012 to December 2021.

Claudia Aguilar Meza completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at CENTRUM PUCP in 2001. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, with an expected completion date in 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, Claudia has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Customer Management from IZO in June 2021, Business Analytics from Cambridge Judge Business School in March 2021, SMC (SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile) in December 2018, and SFC (SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile) in November 2018.
