Francesca Elliott

Francesca Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Francesca is currently working as the Managing Director at Cult Beauty since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at THG (The Hut Group) from 2015 to 2022, holding positions such as Managing Director - THG Brands and Haircare General Manager. Francesca also served as the Category Director and General Manager - UK Beauty during their time at THG. Before joining THG, Francesca held the position of Lookfantastic Trading Manager and HQHair Trading Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Bailey Fisher Executive Search. Earlier in their career, Francesca worked at Fredericks Dairies as a Trade Marketing Assistant and at De Vere Group as a Food and Beverage Server. Their work experience also includes a role as a Store Assistant at Comet.

Francesca Elliott completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Lancaster University from 2010 to 2014. Francesca then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Marketing Management at Lancaster University from 2014 to 2015.
