Paolo Rosicarelli is an accomplished fashion designer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the RTW Design Director at CULT GAIA since 2022, Paolo oversees the execution of womenswear collections from concept to production approval while managing a diverse design team. Previously, Paolo was the Senior Designer for the MARCIANO Brand at Guess?, where responsibilities included the execution of womenswear collections and managing cross-functional teams, achieving significant business growth. Experience also includes roles as RTW Design Director at Royal Underground, Head Designer at Rock & Republic and Dolce & Gabbana, and Senior Designer at Giorgio Armani, reflecting a strong track record in driving creative vision and operational success. Paolo holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and is pursuing further education at Copenhagen Business School.
